Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end AR follow-up for provider-side accounts.
Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
Analyze claim denials and initiate appeals or corrective actions.
Resolve billing and reimbursement issues to maximize collections.
Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and AR Calling.
Hands-on experience in denial management, appeals, and insurance follow-ups.
Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
