To provide strategic financial advice across a range of financial products and services while helping clients make informed and secure financial decisions.
The role involves assessing clients’ overall financial situation, understanding their needs, and developing suitable financial plans.
Additionally, the purpose of this role is to recruit quality advisors, support and train them, enable business generation from the market, and ensure effective customer servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure they obtain the required licensing to achieve the annual targets defined in the Goal Sheet.
Provide on-the-job training, manage, and monitor advisor performance to help them achieve individual and team goals.
Maintain business persistence and support investment growth generated by the advisor team to achieve overall team profitability.
What’s in it for You:

Prospect to progress to the position of Branch Manager after 12 months, based on performance and business requirements.
