Job Summary

The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing end-to-end technical support across all company locations by ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves maintaining IT assets, resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and local vendors, and ensuring minimal downtime of IT resources.

Basic Server & Network Support
User Account Management & Access Support
Client Coordination for Software Issues
IT Documentation & Reporting
IT Security Compliance & Process Adherence




Coordination with Team Leaders and Zonal Leads

Required Skills & Qualification
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and server fundamentals.
Experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting and IT support.
Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and user management.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
Experience in handling multi-location IT support will be preferred.
