Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store.
Help customers find products and provide product information.
Pick, pack, and hand over online orders accurately.
Refill shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and stock availability.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments (if assigned).
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Follow store SOPs, safety guidelines, and inventory processes.
Support stock receiving, unloading, and inventory counting.
