Key Responsibilities:
Site Visits: Visit assigned sites daily to oversee field operations.
Lead Allocation: Assign leads and daily tasks to the field team/staff.
Client & Team Meetings: Attend daily/weekly client meetings and internal review meetings.
Quality Check: Ensure field work meets quality and safety standards.
Daily Reporting: Report daily work progress and updates to management.
