Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive (DSA) to acquire recent customers by promoting financial products through direct field sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build solid relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards, insurance, or other banking products.
Meet prospective customers and explain product features and advantages.
Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in field sales, DSA, BFSI, or direct sales.
