We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our distribution network. The candidate will be responsible for selling FMCG products to wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, retail chains, hotels, restaurants, cafes, corporate clients, and other institutional buyers.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B leads and develop long-term business relationships.
Visit wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, retailers, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and corporate clients daily.
Present company products, negotiate prices, and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Appoint new distributors and dealers in assigned territories.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred.




1–5 years of B2B FMCG sales experience.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
Knowledge of local markets and distribution channels.
Valid driving license (preferred).
