Role Summary
The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling incoming leads, maintaining regular client engagement, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and a proactive approach toward client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to incoming leads in a timely and qualified manner
Follow up with current and existing clients regularly
Maintain consistent communication and long-term relationships with clients
Reconnect and activate old/inactive clients
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling suitable financial products
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely updates, information, and support to clients
Required Skills & Qualities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ownership mindset with accountability for assigned tasks
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
Quick learner with adaptability to products and processes
Organized approach to follow-ups and client management
Eligibility & Experience
1–3 years of relevant industry experience
Prior experience in financial services / wealth management preferred
Graduate in any discipline (Finance background is an advantage)
