We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized IT Back Office Executive to support the IT team in handling documentation, coordination, asset management, procurement, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of IT products, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, stock availability, and deliveries.
Manage purchase orders, invoices, and order tracking.
Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and inventory.
Prepare compliance documents, MAFs, datasheets, and bid-related documentation.
Support tender and bid submission activities.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for project execution.
Prepare reports, MIS, and project documentation.
Follow up with vendors and customers regarding order status and documentation.
Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems (if applicable).




Assist in preparing presentations and other business documents.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, CCTV, and IT infrastructure products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Robust documentation and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Tech, Diploma in IT, or any related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT system integration or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of GeM, e-tendering, and government procurement processes.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM software.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
