n n Technical Accounting/Bookkeeping skills – Australian KPO experience is preferred
n Spoken and written English communication skills are preferred
n Prior experience of voice calls with foreign clients is an advantage but not necessary
n n Roles and Responsibilities:
n n Reconciling and allocating day to day bank transactions
n Processing accounts receivable (sales) / and accounts payable (bills)
n Organising and processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner
n Coordinating with foreign clients and third parties such as suppliers and customers through phone calls and emails as and when the need arises
n Creating and posting month end journals
n Undertaking month-end close and review
n Monthly reviews, and the generation of monthly reports and financial statements for clients
n Onboarding recent clients,



including scoping the requirements and creating process documentation so that the client can be handed over to other staff
n n Communication & other Skills:
n n Confidence to communicate directly with Australian clients over email and telephone is an advantage
n High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
n Customer service driven (you think of solutions to problems)
n Experience with popular software used for Australian bookkeeping, specifically XERO, MYOB, NetSuite and/or QuickBooks Online

n n Academic Qualifications and experience:
n n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
n CA/CS/ICWA Dropouts
n CA/CS/ICWA Qualified
n Mandatory - candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Australian Accounting Domain in a KPO based role.
n n Timings: Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM start - 8.5 hours
