Counsel clients on various USA visa types (Student, Tourist, Work, H-1B, J-1, etc.).
Assess client eligibility and suggest the most suitable visa category.
Assist clients in completing and reviewing visa applications (DS-160, DS-260, etc.).
Provide guidance on supporting documents and SOP/cover letters.
Ensure all submissions comply with U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs guidelines.
Conduct mock interviews and brief clients on visa procedures.
Follow up with clients for pending documents or clarifications.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application status.
Stay updated with changes in U.S. visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate with educational institutions, employers, or immigration lawyers as needed.
