Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers whose EMI payments are pending.
Inform customers about their overdue EMI and payment status.
Convince and guide customers to make timely EMI payments.
Follow up with customers regularly until payment is completed.
Maintain proper call records and update customer responses.
Achieve daily calling and collection targets.
