Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
Supervision Stock and cold room operations.
Provide periodic briefings for the sales team: educate, motivate and guide them.
Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
Maintain & record sampling & marketing activities periodically.
Control outstanding payments by following company guidelines & protocols.
Share timely reports and updates with supervisors and management as required.
Develop and penetrate recent market.
Ensure proper record keeping & maintenance of the company asset.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Communicating well with all staff.

Positive communication skill, Sincerity to the job, Positive and Creative thinker, responsible, Punctual, and Polite to others.
Speaks Hindi, English & Local Language.

Work experience: 1 to 2 Years (FMCG is highly preferred)

Qualification: Graduation (MBA is preferable)
