Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workstation.
Work efficiently during peak hours while ensuring timely order preparation.
Monitor inventory and inform the management about raw material requirements.
Follow standard recipes and maintain portion control for consistency.
Candidates with prior experience in Chinese cuisine or rapid-food kitchen operations will be preferred.
