Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for the factory in alignment with the overall company objectives. This includes setting production goals, optimizing resources, identifying areas for improvement and take necessary corrective actions.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge productivity, quality, and overall performance.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the factory's budget, monitoring expenses, and finding ways to optimize costs without compromising quality and safety. 4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the factory produces products that meet or exceed quality standards. Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and address any issues related to product quality.
Health and Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a protected working workplace for all employees. Comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of department heads, supervisors, and factory workers. Foster a positive work culture, encourage teamwork,



and provide necessary training and development opportunities.
Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods in and out of the factory.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions to production.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the factory and higher management, providing regular updates on production, challenges, and achievements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the factory complies with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and permits.

Requirements: 
A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field. A master's degree is often preferred.
Extensive experience in factory or manufacturing management, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving production targets.
Experience of 12 years minimum in manufacturing industry
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
