Responsibilities
Monitor employee discipline and workplace conduct.
Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
Conduct regular inspections of office and project sites.

Maintain security records and incident reports.
Coordinate with HR and management on disciplinary matters.
Verify attendance, assets, and operational compliance.
Support investigations when required.
Ensure a secure and secure work workplace.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in vigilance, security, administration, or a similar role.
Good observation and reporting skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Robust communication and integrity.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
