n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Advisors/Sales Associates to achieve revenue targets.
n Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure team KPIs are consistently met.
n Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training to improve team productivity.
n Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
n Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
n Collaborate with recruitment, training,



and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and team effectiveness.
n Resolve customer escalations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
n Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
n Foster a high-performance, target-driven, and collaborative work environment.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n 3–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.
n Prior experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS, BFSI, or a high-growth B2C sales environment is preferred.
n Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
n Robust leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
n Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
n Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.
