Oversee Gym, Swimming Pool, Mini Theatre, Indoor Games, Multipurpose Court & Kids Play Area.
Lead Housekeeping, Security, Technical, and Vendor teams.
Handle resident queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Plan and organize community events and resident engagement activities.
Manage budgets, MIS reports, inventory, and vendor performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory norms, and JLL standards.
Maintain high-quality service and operational excellence.
