We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be confident in interacting with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services to customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication skills.
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience are preferred.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Positive attitude, valuable interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn
