Job Responsibilities:
Source and hire Delivery Partners (Bike Riders) across Ahmedabad.
Conduct field recruitment drives and local sourcing activities.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.
Maintain daily hiring reports and achieve recruitment targets.
Build relationships with local communities, vendors, and referral networks.
Requirements:
Graduate/12th Pass with recruitment or field sales experience preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
Comfortable with field travel across Ahmedabad.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.
