Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our insurance sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate insurance sales.
Explain insurance products, policies, benefits, and coverage details clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about insurance policies.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the internal team for policy issuance and documentation.
Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication skills are preferred; basic English communication is an advantage.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge.

Prior experience in insurance, tele-sales, telecalling, or financial services will be an advantage.
