Full Job Description
Sri Swastik Services is hiring 10–25 Business Development Executives to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the voice of the company — connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their needs,
and working with them toward successful outcomes.
What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to assigned customers and have professional, confident conversations
Understand customer situations and negotiate workable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes
Follow up consistently until each case is resolved
Who can apply:
12th pass (PU) minimum; UG pass or pursuing also welcome
