Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, Split ACs, Package Units, and Ventilation Systems.

Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (Breakdown Maintenance) as per the maintenance schedule.

Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in HVAC equipment, ensuring minimum downtime.

Monitor system performance, operating parameters, and energy efficiency.

Perform routine checks on compressors, motors, pumps, cooling towers, valves, filters, belts, and refrigerant levels.

Ensure proper cleaning of filters, coils, drain trays, and condensate lines.

Identify refrigerant leaks and perform charging, recovery, and evacuation in accordance with safety standards.

Maintain daily maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment checklists.

Attend breakdown calls promptly and restore systems within the committed response time.
