Job Title: Tender / GeM Executive – IT Hardware & AMC

Location: East of Kailash

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the IT industry (specifically in AMC & hardware sales)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including product listing, bid/tender submission, documentation, and compliance.

· Identify and submit IT Hardware and AMC-related tenders on GeM within deadlines.

· Manage product pairing and catalog listing on the GeM portal.

· Use tools such as HP IQ to configure products and generate pricing as per OEM guidelines.

· Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), technical datasheets, pricing support, and other required documentation.

· Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, and all other necessary tender documentation.

· Monitor corrigendums, clarifications, and respond appropriately.





· Manage post-order processes including order fulfillment, invoice submission, and contract handling on the GeM portal.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry, with solid exposure to AMC and hardware sales.

· Hands-on experience with the GeM portal, including product pairing, bid handling, documentation uploads, etc.

· Proficient in working with OEM tools (preferably HP IQ) for pricing and product configuration.

· Solid coordination skills with OEMs for collecting documentation and technical inputs.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, and qualified email correspondence.

· Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing multiple deadlines efficiently.

· Knowledge of government procurement processes and bidding compliance is essential.
