The Sales Franchise Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential franchise partners to expand the company's franchise network. The role involves lead generation, business presentations, relationship management, and achieving franchise sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate prospective franchise leads through various channels.

Contact potential franchise partners via calls, emails, social media, and meetings.

Explain the company's franchise model, investment requirements, business opportunities, and expected returns.

Conduct franchise presentations, discovery meetings, and business discussions.

Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.

Conduct market research to identify potential expansion territories.

Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth franchise setup.

Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

Monitor industry trends,
