Key Responsibilities
Follow-ups: Schedule timely follow-up calls with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and services.

Skills
Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Positive working knowledge of computers, MS Office.
Patient, resilient, and target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
