Job Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support. This role ensures smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying,



and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
