Month-End Close: Manage reconciliation, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
Compliance & Audits: Prepare documentation and coordinate with external or internal auditors.
Team Guidance: Mentor and delegate tasks to junior or staff accountants.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 3 to 7+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), proficiency in software like QuickBooks, and robust knowledge
