We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and client companies until successful joining.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen resumes from various job portals such as Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms based on client requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
Explain the client company’s job profile, role expectations, and organizational details clearly to candidates during interviews.
Obtain candidate consent for proceeding with face-to-face interview rounds with client company managers.
Share shortlisted candidate profiles with client companies through email and verbal communication.
Coordinate and line up candidates for face-to-face interviews as per client shortlisting.
Collect and share interview feedback from client companies.
Coordinate with client company HR teams for offer generation and documentation collection.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and manage post-joining follow-up as per replacement clause policies.
Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and recruitment updates to seniors.
Continuously learn about new job profiles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices, and share knowledge with peers and seniors.
Required Skills & Competencies
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring lifecycle
Proficiency in using job portals and social media for sourcing
Solid follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field (preferred)
Freshers or candidates with relevant recruitment experience can apply
Experience
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR consultancy (preferred)
