Job Responsibilities : Travel Consultant
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Assist clients with domestic and international flight, hotel, holiday package, visa, and travel insurance bookings.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and partners.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred).
Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
Valuable communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel booking processes.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
