Develop programs for tool room jobs, prototypes, fixtures, dies, jigs, and production components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and component specifications.
Select suitable cutting tools, machining parameters, and work-holding methods.
Set up and optimize CNC machines to achieve required quality and productivity.
Troubleshoot machining issues and modify programs when required.
Ensure components are manufactured within specified tolerances.
Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
