Business Operations Executive (Sales Support & Operations)

Mectric Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Business Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations across our HVAC, Electrical and IoT divisions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B & B2C customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Generate new business leads through calling, references and online research whenever required.
Prepare quotations, BOQs and invoices.
Maintain ERP and CRM records.
Coordinate installations and service schedules with customers and engineers.
Follow up on customer payments.
Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), paid services and product upgrades.
Search suitable GeM tenders and prepare tender documentation.
Coordinate with architects, electricians, builders, OEMs and channel partners.
Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
Maintain reports and support daily business operations.

Required Skills

Email drafting
Positive written and spoken communication
Customer handling
Strong follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership

Preferred Skills
ERP / CRM
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Experience in HVAC, Electrical or Industrial Products.




GeM Tender Management.
IoT knowledge (training will be provided).

Education Preference
Graduates from any discipline may apply.
B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related fields) candidates will be given preference.
