Responsibilities:
Conduct fire safety and emergency response training.
Train employees on fire extinguishers, hydrants, and evacuation procedures.
Organize mock drills and emergency exercises.
Develop training materials and assessments.
Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
Support fire risk assessments and safety inspections.
Promote workplace fire safety awareness.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety or related field.
3+ years of fire and safety experience.
Knowledge of firefighting systems, emergency response, and safety regulations.
Solid presentation, communication, and training skills.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Train-the-Trainer are preferred.
