We are looking for an experienced and energetic Team Leader to manage and lead a team of customer support associates. The ideal candidate should have robust people management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Customer Support Executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and process guidelines.
Analyze reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Drive employee engagement and maintain high team morale.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Support/BPO setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in handling customer escalations and performance management.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of customer service metrics and reporting.
Ability to motivate teams and drive results.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
