Role Overview
We are seeking an active and target-driven Field Collection Executive to join our team. You will travel locally to visit clients, follow up on overdue accounts, collect payments, and negotiate ethical repayment terms while maintaining qualified customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Field Visits: Travel daily to assigned local areas to meet customers or businesses with overdue loan installments.
• Payment Recovery: Guide the customer to pay through online mode, NEFT, direct branch, or Bank
• Negotiation: Discuss and setup feasible repayment timelines within company guidelines.
• Daily Reporting: Update management on daily collection progress, visit logs, and account statuses.
• Dispute Resolution: Listen to client payment issues and guide them on resolution options while upholding company reputation
