Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
Strong experience in application design and configuration within the Pega setting.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective software solutions.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to application performance and functionality.
Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software products.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Pega Platform.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
