Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
Explain the company's products and services clearly.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Record customer feedback and update CRM.

Sales Support
Promote ongoing offers and campaigns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
Update CRM/Excel with call outcomes.




Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Key Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Positive listening and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM software).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
