Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions.
Arrange and replenish products on shelves.
Maintain cleanliness and attractive product displays in the store.
Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing stock.
Pack customer orders for in-store and online purchases.
Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
Support inventory counting and stock management.
