Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and experienced MRI Technician to join our diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for MRI procedures, and ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate MRI machines and perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures.
Prepare patients for MRI scans by explaining the procedure and ensuring their comfort.
Position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results.
Follow all MRI safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Monitor patients during MRI procedures and respond to any emergencies.
Maintain MRI equipment and report technical issues when required.
Coordinate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital and diagnostic centre policies.
Provide excellent patient care and maintain confidentiality.
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as an MRI Technician.
Diploma/Degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging Technology, or a related field.
Valid certification/licence (if applicable as per state regulations).
Strong knowledge of MRI equipment and imaging procedures.
Good understanding of patient safety and radiation protection protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
