Novaestar is into Digital Distribution business eCommerce/quick Commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart having pan India presence dealing with FMCG and Pharma clients. The company is looking forward to hire across 4 roles to strengthen the Operations and Accounts team. This is a work form office role 6 days a week working 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Supervise daily accounting transactions and bank entries and reconciliation
Prepare monthly GST / TDS working and summaries for filing.
Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing.
Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
Coordinate with the CFO during monthly and annual financial closing.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and statutory records.
Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Management teams for financial coordination.
