Generate current business through field visits and client meetings.
Promote and sell steel products (TMT bars, MS rods,angle,channel,HR,CR sheets, pipes and tubes etc.).
Build relationships direct with clients,contractors,dealers,and distributors.
Achieve sales targets and convert leads into orders.
Conduct market surveys and track daily activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
Requirements:
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Sales experience in Iron & Steel, Building Materials, or related industries preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
Basic knowledge of steel products and market trends.
