Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our loan sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP), while managing a team, achieving revenue targets, and building robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage the loan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase loan disbursements.
Generate current business through referrals, channel partners, and direct sales.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and corporate clients.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities.
