Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls
Communicate clearly with customers in Telugu (mandatory)
Explain company products/services and resolve basic customer queries
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Maintain professionalism and proper call etiquette
