This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the agency’s growth goals. The role involves collaborating closely with the account management and communications teams to understand client needs, prepare proposals, and maintain robust, long-term relationships. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, report on sales activities, and contribute ideas to improve business development strategies.





 Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Business growth, including identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including research, outreach, and pipeline management.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including client servicing, retention, and cross-selling or upselling.
Relevant experience in PR, communications, media, or marketing services sales is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track and improve sales performance.
