Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Roadside Assistance Executive to support our U.S.-based trucking operations. The role involves coordinating timely support for drivers during breakdowns, accidents, or ELD-related issues to ensure smooth and safe fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 24/7 roadside assistance support to U.S. drivers via phone, chat, or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with repair vendors, towing companies, and maintenance teams to resolve on-road issues efficiently.
- Monitor and manage ELD (Electronic Logging Device) compliance and provide troubleshooting support to drivers.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and vendor communications in the internal system.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to supervisors or fleet managers.
- Support drivers with route guidance and ensure minimal downtime.




- Follow up on repair completion and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in roadside assistance, dispatch, or logistics operations (preferably for U.S. trucking).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Familiarity with dispatch tools, GPS tracking, and CRM/ticketing systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support U.S. time zones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,487.49 - ₹35,044.68 per month
