About the Role

Flo Mattress is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with mandatory D2C experience to lead end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, capable of handling large transaction volumes, financial reconciliations, payment management, and automation in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking, and Financial Reporting.
- Lead vendor, employee, and statutory payment processes with robust cash flow planning.
- Perform Shopify, payment gateway, Amazon, Flipkart, and marketplace reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, cash flow reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, and audit requirements.
- Drive data accuracy, financial controls, and process automation.
- Build dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Operations, and Leadership teams.




- Lead month-end and year-end closing and manage internal and statutory audits.

Requirements

- CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
- 8–12 years of experience with a strong background in D2C/E-commerce (Mandatory).
- Proven experience handling high-volume transactions, payment operations, and marketplace reconciliations.
- Excellent data analysis skills with expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, payment gateways, Amazon, Flipkart settlements, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience in process automation, dashboard creation, and financial data management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in a D2C consumer brand, retail, or manufacturing company.
- Exposure to finance automation tools and business intelligence reporting.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
