We are looking for a Business Analyst who can generate business through freelancing platforms, understand client requirements, and bridge the gap between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and bid on relevant projects via Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Write customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls and communicate with domestic and international clients.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, wireframes, and project scope documents.
- Break down client requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimate project scope, timelines, and deliverables with the technical team.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track proposals, project pipelines, conversion rates, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
