Reports To: Factory Manager

Job Purpose:
Supervise daily production activities, prepare accurate cutting lists from approved drawings, ensure quality, achieve production targets, and coordinate with all production departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review approved shop drawings and BOM.
- Prepare cutting lists with part sizes, material, thickness, edge banding, and quantities.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
- Supervise cutting, CNC, edge banding, drilling, assembly, and packing.
- Ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Planning, Design, and Installation teams.
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
- Maintain production records and daily progress reports.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and timely project completion.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing.
- Positive knowledge of shop drawings, cutting list preparation, CNC processes, and production planning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
