Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Faculty member to deliver high-quality instruction and training to students in core Electrical Engineering subjects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing learning materials, evaluating student performance, and providing academic guidance to help students achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures and practical training sessions in Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Teach subjects such as Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Power Electronics, Control Systems, Circuit Theory, Electrical Measurements, and Switchgear & Protection.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations.
- Guide students in academic projects, laboratory work, and technical activities.
- Provide training on industry-relevant software and tools where applicable.
- Maintain student attendance, records, and academic reports.




- Support students in skill development, career guidance, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Electrical Engineering.
- Foster an engaging and positive learning workplace.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Engineering concepts and applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as MATLAB, ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
