We are looking for a agile and experienced Sales Head to lead our franchise sales operations, build a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the franchise sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate, qualify, and convert franchise leads.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential franchise partners.
- Build long-term relationships with investors and business associates.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives.
- Ensure smooth lead management through CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.12 per month
